Ingredients
4 chicken legs
100 g cheese
2 cup white wine
4 tbsp sunflower oil or butter
1 tsp pepper
little nutmeg
1 tsp salt
Method
Legs are coated with oil and bake until golden in the oven. In saucepan put wine and grated cheese. Stir until the cheese melted. Add pepper, salt and nutmeg. This mixture is poured baked legs and baked for 15 minutes.
