In a large bowl mix the flour, baking soda, honey, salt. Add water gradually and knead dough. The aim is to obtain a smooth, soft, homogeneous paste. If the dough is dry it can be added water. When the dough is ready, leave for 30 minutes to rest. Then divided into equal-sized balls of potato. Give him another 15 minute break. During this time melt the butter. Then take a ball of dough, dipped in fat floured surface and roll to a thin sheet. Put it aside. The procedure is the same with all the balls 4 are ready when sheets are placed one upon another and rolled together into a roll. The roll can then be put right in a baking dish or wrap as ohlyuvche. When all the balls have turned into rolls, place the pan in the oven - heated to 120 C. Bake 6-7 hours and acquires a characteristic brown color. * Serve with tomato sauce - you can use coarse chutney with chopped green onions in it and boiled eggs. * Traditionally prepared on Friday evening, bake all night and eat in the morning.

Frankly, several times already read the recipe ... I am very curious. Girls (and boys) if someone did, let's say, what happened! Can be ventured.

Samira, really this dish is baked for 6-7 hours?

Why is not possible once the temperature of the oven is 120 degrees. Rather dried rather than baked.
