Egg rolls stuffed with onion

Ingredients
800 g of onion
125 g butter
150 g cheese
300 ml tomato juice
15 eggs
50 g flour
300 ml milk
1/2 bunch parsley
salt
pepper
Method
The flour is mixed with cold milk and mix with eggs, pepper and salt. Pour the mixture into a rectangular baking dish greased with some of the butter, and bake in the oven for 5-10 minutes. Onion, chopped, stew in the rest butter, sprinkle with salt, pepper, finely chopped parsley and a little tomato juice, stir and pour over the cooked layer of eggs, which are then rolled. Roll is placed in the pan, sprinkle with grated cheese, pour the rest of the tomato juice and bake about 10 minutes, but as cool, cut into pieces, portioned and served as a meal.
