Eggplant baked with cheese

Ingredients
3-4 eggplants
100 g cheese
1-2 cloves garlic
vinegar
flour for rolling

Method
Peel eggplant and cut into slices lengthwise. Salt and left for 20 min, washed and dried. Then add some flour and fry in. Reddy in a baking dish, sprinkle garlic is a little vinegar to taste. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven to melt the cheese.
