Exotic layered cake

# For the base:
2 yolks
2 tbsp sour cream
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp soda
5 tbsp flour
# For the cream:
2 egg whites
pinch of salt
4 tbsp sugar
3 apples
1 tbsp gelatin
# For decoration:
1 tbsp gelatin
400 ml orange juice
1 orange
1 kiwi
1/2 cup blackcurrant
For the base: yolks are broken with sugar until white. Add cream, baking soda, quenched in a little vinegar and flour. Pour into littered with parchment paper, buildable form cake. Bake at 180C for 20 minutes. For the cream: gelatin is dissolved in 100 ml lukewarm water. Apples are cleaned, cooked and make a puree. Whip with a mixer with sugar and salt. Gradually add puree, and then the gelatin, previously melted in a water bath. The resulting mixture was poured onto a base in the form up the cold. Placed for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Top is decorated with fruits. Gelatine is dissolved in part of the orange juice. After tightening is melted and added to the rest of the juice. It pour the cake again and put in the fridge to set.
