Fish fillets are cut into small pieces. Bread cut into small cubes and mix with the fish. Pour with milk and allowed to sit until it prepare other products. Onion cut into in small pieces and stew in the butter on medium heat about 10 minutes, until translucent. Luke remove from heat and add to the fish. The eggs were divided into white and yolk. The yolks were added to the fish. Add spices - salt, pepper, nutmeg and chopped parsley or dill and mix well. In a separate bowl egg whites are broken down into foam with a mixer. Was added to the fish and stir lightly. Pan for baking cakes - 10m 30 cm stood with baking paper or foil. Pour the mixture into the pan. Bake in a preheated 180 C oven for about 45 minutes or until the mixture sets. Tray was removed from the oven and allowed to cool down for 5-10 minutes. Babka then cut into slices and serve. As a side dish is very suitable mashed potatoes.
