Fish fillet in Vienna

Ingredients
500 g fish fillet
50 g salo
50 g cucumbers
10 g capers
10 g butter
150 g sour cream
1 tbsp mustard
50 g feta cheese
the juice of 1 lemon
salt
Method
Cut into 4 thin fish fillet portions add salt and sprinkle with lemon juice. One portion immediately in oiled container, pour a little whipped cream, put a piece of salo, capers and grated cucumber. Top placed second portion, smeared with mustard, put a piece of salo, gherkins and capers should third portion, after her fourth. Fish pour the cream, sprinkle grated feta cheese and bake half an hour in a moderate oven.
