Flowers with walnuts

Ingredients
# For the dough:
300 ml milk
2 eggs
4 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp sunflower oil
pinch of salt
vanilla
1 package dry yeast (about 1 kg of flour)
about 1 kg of flour
# For the filling:
4 tbsp sugar
1 cup In large pieces crushed walnuts
1/2 egg white
2 tbsp cocoa

Method
Dissolve yeast in the milk. Sift flour and other products with a soft paste. We leave it to rest for 15-20 minutes in a warm place. During this time, prepare the filling by mixing all products. Shape 12 balls. Roll out each ball of range 0. 5 cm thick. In the middle put 1 tablespoon of the stuffing and close the ball. Roll out gently and put in a tray covered with paper. Make 7-8 incisions and each sector rotates filling up and slightly pripleskva. This form little flowers. In the middle of each flower put half a walnut. Mazhem with yolk and bake at 200C 20-25 minutes. Optional, cool flowers can be syrup with sugar syrup.

not, exesweet them and immediately put them to print before the oven is heated up completely.

are very beautiful enrolled them in a folder for TSVETNITSA but before shte try them syrupy.
