Ingredients
600 g minced meat mixture

1 slice white bread
salt, cumin, black pepper
# breading:
2 eggs
1 cup cornmeal (groats)
# For the sauce:
1 cup white wine
100 g of tomato paste
2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp chili sauce
1 bay leaf, peppercorns 10

Method
Minced meat is kneaded. To make round balls. Dip in beaten eggs, rolled in the cornmeal and again dipped in eggs. Fry until golden. Remove. In the same fat, boil up fuzzy tomato paste and flour in the wine, add the mustard, chili sauce and spices. They return meatballs in sauce and neck for 2-3 minutes. Serve with salad and mashed potatoes.
