Ingredients
400 g chicken
200 g veal
2 tbsp cream
2 tbsp yogurt
50 g butter
pepper
salt
2 eggs
Flour
breadcrumbs
1 slice dry white bread without crust
fat frying
Method
Cleaned of tendons and skins meat is ground and kneaded with the cream, yogurt, chopped bread crumbs, salt and pepper, sprinkle with flour and leave to rest. Formed into 4 balls, inside of which is placed a little of the butter. Then meatballs are immersed alternately in egg and breadcrumbs and fry in heated oil until golden color.
