Bananas are peeled and cleaned of any fibers. One corner of each banana is cut and inserted in banana ice cream stick, so that sticks out enough to keep. You can store them in the freezer so or when the chocolate has hardened put them in tightly closed box (for convenient storage in the freezer). * If bananas are too long can cut them in two, instead of removing one tipped. * The amount of chocolate depends on the size of bananas and how thick glaze want an average of 7 banana goes about 200 g of chocolate.
