2 tbsp rum
500 g ice cream
sweet syrup or topping

Method
Fruits are cut cubes. Stir gently in a deep bowl. Spray lemon juice and pour the rum and the juice of pineapple compote. Keep in cold. Before serving distributed in cups or glass bowls. Top put a ball of ice cream and pour a little syrup.
