Guacamole Sauce

Ingredients
1 avocado
1 clove garlic
the juice and rind of 1 lime
1 green chili pepper
200 g red tomatoes
1/2 onion
100 g green beans
pepper, salt
Method
Green beans are washed, cleaned and boiled in salted water. Avocados are cleaned, tomatoes, onion, pepper and cut into cubes. All products are placed in a blender and pureed. Before serving, the sauce is harvested for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
