Iceberg with shrimp and quail eggs

1 iceberg lettuce
12 shrimp
24 olives pitted
12 quail eggs
1 stalk green onion (only feathers)
100 g feta cheese Gorgonzola
olive oil, salt, apple cider vinegar
2-3 tsp Dijon mustard

Washed shrimp bake in a Teflon pan with a little olive oil until golden brown get tan by paying from time to time. Remove, cool and wait to get out of their heads and armor. Pay aside. Iceberg wash after drain the water tearing not very large pieces (but not cut!). To it add feathers onion - chopped. Season with olive oil, salt and vinegar to taste. Quail eggs boil, peel. The products are for 2 servings. In each dish (deep salad) put the first of the salad, top eggs, shrimp and olives in the middle. The feta cheese cut the strips by about 1 cm thick and add. Mustard put less on lettuce leaves. * salad can be prepared with lettuce, but always well-drained of water. * Shrimps can also be boiled, but roasted taste better.
