Irish sponge cake

Ingredients
150 g butter
2/3 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup milk
120 ml whiskey
1/2 cup raisins
2 cup flour
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
pinch of salt

Method
Softened butter mix with powdered sugar. Add flour, baking soda, salt, milk and whiskey. The mixture is stirred for a long time. Finally, add the raisins. Pour dough into greased with butter cake form. Bake in a moderate oven.

There is no way to have oil and not tasty, looks great.
