Italian pasta in Bulgarian

700 g macaroni
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp sunflower oil
800 g tomatoes
300 g minced meat
400 g mushrooms
150-200 g olives
basil, oregano
4 eggs
300- 400 g mozzarella
cheese 200 g
Pour water into a saucepan put 1 tsp salt and 2 tbsp sunflower oil, put water to boil and add the pasta to it. After they are cooked, drained and washed with cold water to prevent sticking. Boil eggs and peel them. For the sauce: grated tomatoes. Chopped pieces of minced meat, fry it and then add the sliced ​​mushrooms, olives, oregano and basil. To all this we add the tomatoes and leave to simmer until slightly thickened. Once the sauce thickens slightly mix it with pasta, leave 5-10 minutes to take. Slice the mozzarella and eggs, then poured half of pasta in pan. Redim mozzarella and eggs on them and sent down the remaining pasta on top. Grated cheese and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 200C degrees.
