Ingredients
          600 ml milk
          120 g semolina
          100-150 g cheese
          30 g butter
          1 egg
          pinch of grated nutmeg
          pepper
          salt
          butter spreads
          grated cheese for sprinkling
              Method
              Milk is boiled with spices and semolina pour a thin stream, stirring constantly. Once the porridge thickens, remove from heat, add the beaten egg, the butter and the grated cheese. In a baking dish, rinsed with water spread semolina layer of 1 cm. After about two hours are cut squares, circles or other shapes, sprinkle with grated cheese and baked in the oven. Serve warm.
