Jam apples (grated)

Ingredients
1 kg apples
1 kg of sugar
1 tsp (5 g) tartaric acid
1 liter of water
1 vanilla powder
Method
Prepare polusgasten sugar syrup. Add grated peeled apple. To not turn black, apples are grated over the hot sugar syrup, remove from heat. Boiling sweet place at the beginning of the weaker, then stronger fire. Sweet boil until svaryaevane fetal and thicken the syrup. A solution in hot water tartaric acid and boiling is continued for 2-3 minutes, removed from heat and the vanilla was added. Pour into jars.
