Ingredients
200-300 g tea biscuits (1 and 1/2 package)
125 g butter
1 jar of peach preserves
10 g baking powder (1 packet)
1 cinnamon
4 eggs
1 pm .ch. flour
1 cup sugar

Method
The butter is melted and oil tray. Arrange the biscuits, as is filled with pieces - to become dense layer. The peaches are cut into crescents and rank on biscuits. Beat eggs, baking powder, cinnamon, flour and sugar. Once you become a smooth mixture is poured on peaches and cake bake at moderate oven. When ready, is still hot syrup with the juice of compost and leave to cool before serving.
