Ingredients
750 g yogurt
4 tsp gelatine
1 lemon
1 cup strawberries
sweetener of your choice - honey, sugar

Method
Gelatin pour 1/2 cup of cold water and allowed to swell for 10-15 minutes. Melted in a water bath and added to the whipped milk. Add the cleaned strawberries, grated lemon rind, lemon juice and sweetener. The mixture was stirred and poured into rinsed with cold water bowls and allowed to cool to gel. Before presenting the bowls are dipped briefly in hot water and turn the plate.

This cream must be gorgeous, you must try it :)
I have to add milk 3 egg whites beaten to snow and vanilla. It serve dessert garnished with nuts.
And instead of 3 egg whites can and 1 packet of dry cream - whipped :) Very tasty pudding it. You can also add the grated shtokolad :). Who tries-will not regret.
