Kadaif with milk cream

Ingredients
500 g kadaif
# For the cream:
1 liter milk
3 yolks
5 tbsp flour
1 cup sugar
# For the syrup:
2 cup sugar
the juice of one lemon
# For topping:
100 g chocolate
butter

Method
In a little cold milk mix well flour, separately and broken yolks. Insert the milk to boil, add the vanilla, sugar, egg yolks gradually and finally flour porridge. The stove is reduced and stir constantly until a smooth cream. The syrup is prepared as sugar boiled with 1 cup water and lemon juice to a thick syrup. kadaif ranks in a baking dish and pour the slightly cooled syrup. After accepting the good syrup, pour the cream. Top distributed melted chocolate in a water bath with butter.

Mmmm, very tasty :)

If cream made more rare, pour it without syrup and leave to absorb. Does not drip and has fewer calories.

I like to think it out. :)
