500 g minced meat
100 g feta cheese
100 g ham, prosciutto or bacon
250 g bacon or bacon strips
salt, garlic, basil (samardala)
dry red chili pepper

Knead minced meat with crumbled feta cheese and chopped ham. It shape meatballs with length of 10 cm. Cut bacon and thinly Fuck become long strips (you can use slice of bacon strips). Chop the garlic and basil and mix. And mix with a little chilli salt. Kebapchetata first roll in mixture with chilli and salt, and then the mixture with garlic and basil. Then wrap each meatball in a strip of bacon, you can use toothpicks if necessary. Leave finished meatballs in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Preheat the BBQ or grill pan and bake nice kebab turn it on each side.
