Kozloduyski onion pastry

# For the dough:
2 cup flour
20 g fresh yeast or 7 g dry
1 pinch of salt, a pinch of sugar, 2 tbsp sunflower oil
1 and 1/2 cup water
# For the filling:
3-5 leeks onion
4-5 large onions
500 g minced meat pork or meat - optional
5 roasted red peppers from a jar
1-2 chillies - optional
1 handful of olives - optional
pinch savory or your favorite spice
sunflower oil for frying

Knead the yeast in lukewarm water, add the flour and other ingredients. Knead the dough well with your hands. Can it hits the table to be smooth and nice with air. Divide the dough into 3 sheets as a bottom is greater than the other. Can do with 4 or more sheets if you wish. Cut into medium size and fry the onion and leeks moderately heated stove. Stir and add chopped peppers and other products without spices. Spices put finally. You can use spice store pizza. Fry the minced meat or pork fat. Maybe in a separate pan. In a greased baking dish, about 30-35 cm in diameter, put the first sharpened thin crust. Will remain out of the sheet. Spread with a spoon half of the filling. Then cover with the other crust, then again and again stuffed crust. Finally the rest sticking excess crust will form a ledge. Take the ends of the lower crust and upper them pull and turn sideways to get a wonderful beautiful edging. Bake at 200C degrees.
