Kurban-soup of lamb

Ingredients
1 kg lamb
250 g plucks
1-2 heads (100 g) onion
3-4 chili peppers
125 g butter
1 egg
1 bunch parsley
mint
salt
Method
Cut into pieces of meat from the bones are cleaned and washed. Put it in a saucepan with the chopped giblets, pour water and boil to form a foam is removed with latticed spoon. Add chopped onion and (taste) Hot peppers. In fat stew the flour until golden color blurs with a little broth and pour in the broth. Broth supplemented with hot water, add salt and boil for another 5 minutes. Thicken with beaten egg to be crossed, remove from heat, sprinkle with finely chopped mint and parsley and serve.
