Ingredients
1 kg spinach
500 g mushrooms mushrooms
butter
2 tbsp sunflower oil
600 g lamb
pepper
salt
# For the marinade:
handful of lovage
1 bunch spring onions
1 cup white wine
pepper

Method
Spinach wash and cut. Mushrooms are cleaned and cut into slices. Products are smothered in a little butter, seasoned with salt and pepper until you fat. Green spices finely and mix with other products marinade. The meat is cut into small pieces and soak in the marinade for at least 2 hours, then fry over low heat in sunflower oil, until it begins to slightly short with a fork. The meat is served on a bed of spinach.
