Ingredients
about 1 kg lamb
250 g couscous
100 g of tomato paste
125 g butter
1 cup dry white wine
150 g cheese
salt
white pepper
parsley
pinch of basil
vegeta
garlic powder
mint
marjoram
coriander
Method
The meat is boiled in salted water with the wine. Remove and cut into chunks. Fry briefly in a little butter, dzhozhen, marjoram and coriander.
