Lamb with white sauce

Ingredients
1 kg leg of lamb
125 g butter
2 yolks
2 lemons
parsley
pepper
salt
flour for rolling the meat
Method
Cut the leg of lamb into pieces, sprinkle with black pepper and salt, roll lightly in flour and fry in butter. Add 2-3 cups of water and let it boil on a slow fire. When the dish with a little water remains broken two yolks with lemon juice and a little meat sauce, and pour the mixture eating. Let the fire about 2 minutes and take off.
