Ingredients
12 sheets of lasagna
1 tbsp (10 ml) sunflower oil
1 small onion
1 clove garlic
100 g minced meat veal
250 g of canned vegetables
4 tbsp (40 ml) red wine
1 and 1/4 cup (250 ml) milk
3 tbsp starch
salt
pepper
attrited nutmeg
1/4 apple
Method
Large bowl coated with the oil, add chopped onion and crushed garlic and not capped, bowl placed in the microwave for 1 minute at 600 Deut. Minced meat is creased with a fork and add. The resulting mixture is kept 2 min at 600 Deut. Vegetables mixed with wine and salt to taste and leave to stand. The milk is heated for 2 minutes at 600 W, and thereto is added starch and stir with a wire, then the court is covered with a lid and heat for 1 minute at 600 Deut. Then re-stirred and allowed to stand for some time. Once again, stir and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. In two ceramic forms lasagna consistently put meat stuffing, gravy and peel until filled. Complete with a meat stuffing and sauce, taking care peels are well covered. The formulations were coated with parchment paper and placed in an oven for 8 minutes at 600 Deut. Lasagna sprinkle with grated apple, cover and again placed in the microwave for 2 minutes.
