Layered cake with biscuits and milk

1 ready brown cake base or another of your choice
# For the cream:
800 g yogurt
250 g popcorn cottage cheese
300 g sweet cream
30 g gelatin
3 vanilla
1 cup powdered sugar
3 tbsp sugar
1 cup milk
10 biscotti

In a baking dish put the base, as optional may sentimentalize. Mix the cottage cheese with yogurt and sugar. Added to the mixture prior shattered cream and vanilla. Last added gelatine, previously soaked in a little water and gently warmed. Pour the base. A fine sieve sprinkle evenly with cocoa. Biscuits soaked in heated milk and short queue on cocoa. Top sprinkle again with cocoa and pour the remaining cream. Allow 3-4 hours in the refrigerator to harden before decorations.
