Layered cake with caramelized nuts peanuts

Ingredients
3 ready bases
# For the cream:
1 liter milk
3 yolks
100 g flour
300 g sugar
50 g margarine
1 vanilla
zest or orange
# For the syrup:
150 g sugar
300 g water
# For Kroc:
250 g sugar
100 g peanuts
Method
Cream: Milk is placed in a pot and put on the stove. As a boil add the sugar, flour, and when thickened remove from heat and add the yolks. Stir and leave aside. Then add vanilla and peel of the fruit. Syrup: caramelized sugar with a little water and pour the remaining amount of water and simmer to thicken. Kroc: Sugar is melted and mixed with chopped or crushed chopped peanuts. Pour onto a greased with sunflower oil on a metal plate or baking paper and after cool is crushed into small pieces. cake piecing as follows: place base, syrup is smeared with cream and sprinkled with caramelized nuts. So rank three the base.
