Layered cake Red velvet

1/2 cup margarine or butter
2 eggs
2 and 1/2 cup flour
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1-2 vanilla
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1 tsp vinegar
1-2 tbsp cocoa
1 cup milk
1-2 tbsp liquid red dye for food
# For the cream - I option:
230 g cream cheese
230 g feta cheese Mascarpone
1 and 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 and 1/2 cup Pastry cream
1 vanilla
# For the cream - II variant:
1 cup milk
1 and 1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup (3 tbsp) flour
3/4 cup butter
1 vanilla

The butter at room temperature, stir the sugar fluffy cream. Add the eggs one at a time, stirring after each mixer, add vanilla. Mix the sifted flour, salt and cocoa. The paint is added to the milk. To the oil mixture 3 times add the flour and milk alternately, beginning and ending with flour, stirring with a mixer at low speed. Baking soda and vinegar were mixed and added to the mixture. The resulting dough was divided into 2 equal parts and baked in molds with a diameter of 20 cm at 175 C (about 30 minutes). Once cool, each base is cut to 2. Cream Option I: The two types of cheeses at room temperature, sugar and vanilla are broken down well with mixer. In separate bowl mix cream. Was added to the cream and mixed thoroughly.
