200 g flour
50 g starch (lemon-scented)
125 g sugar
10 g baking powder
2 eggs
125 g butter
1 lemon
# For glaze:
200 g of powdered sugar
1-2 tbsp lemon juice

Heat the oven to 175 C. Grate zest and squeeze the juice of lemon. It produces 1-2 tbsp of icing. Mix the flour, starch and baking powder. Add to peel and lemon juice, soft butter, sugar and eggs. All mix well with mixer. Form for baking oil and sprinkle with flour. Bake 35-40 minutes, until browned and sample - dry stick. Remove from the oven, wait 10 minutes to cool and demolded.
