Linguine with shrimp and coconut milk

Ingredients
500 g cleaned shrimp
250 ml coconut milk
200 ml cooking cream
2 onions
2 cloves garlic
120 g mushrooms
grated fresh ginger
1 tbsp curry, salt, black pepper
1 tbsp soy sauce
oil
300 g linguini

Method
Olive oil is heated, it fry the finely chopped onion and garlic, add sliced ​​mushrooms. Mix well, then add ginger and curry. Again stirred. To this mixture was added, and the shrimp is then flavored with salt and pepper. Stir vigorously. Pour the coconut milk, soy sauce and cream. All stir well and let simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally. Linguini cook until almost, drain and add to the sauce. If necessary, add a little water.
