Ingredients
500 g chicken livers
500 g onion
100 ml wine
butter
cream 250 ml
pepper
salt

Method
Livers are cleaned, washed and drained and onions cut into crescents. Put them together in a saucepan, add a little butter, add salt and with wine topped simmer on medium heat. Once the liquid has evaporated add the cream, sprinkle with black pepper, mix well and leave to simmer until thickened.

recipe is super. The wine can be replaced with beer and cream with mayonnaise. It is really very tasty.
