Ingredients
10 kg crushed tomatoes seedless
10 kg pepper puree
2-3 kg carrots
7-8 large potatoes
2 liters of sunflower oil
700 g sugar
100-200 g salt
cumin pepper
Method
Mix the tomatoes and pepper puree and blend them. Then boil the potatoes and carrots. After they are also blend them. Put cooked already tomatoes and pepper paste, the oil, sugar, salt, cumin, a little pepper, add already smashed potatoes and carrots, stir all ingredients until a homogeneous mixture and filled into jars. Then they boil for 30-40 minutes.
