Macaroni in Paris

Ingredients
300 g minced meat mixture
250-300 g thin pasta
1 onion
egg 1
2 tsp mustard
2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp fat
pepper
salt
cheese optional
Method
Is broken pasta and boil in salted water. Strain and pour briefly with cold water, then drain well. In the preheated oil and a little water stew the onions and add the minced meat. As water evaporates put mustard diluted in warm water tomato paste, and beaten egg mixed with milk. Salt with salt and pepper to taste. Stir the mixture with cooked pasta, put it in a buttered baking dish and bake. You can sprinkle with grated cheese optional.
