Meat roll with spinach and cheese

Ingredients
600 g minced meat
3-4 scallions
5-6 sprigs of parsley
1 egg
1 tbsp savory
pepper
# For the filling:
300 g spinach
50 ml sunflower oil
1 bunch spring onions
1 carrot
1 clove garlic
200 g cheese

Method
Knead the minced meat with finely chopped onions and parsley, egg, savory, black pepper and leave to rest. Cut the spinach and saute in a pan with hot sunflower oil, together with chopped onion, grated carrot and garlic clove. Leave on low heat for 5-6 minutes, then add the crumbled feta cheese, stir the mixture well and remove from heat. On an elongated sheet fsunflower distribute oil minced meat in the form of a rectangle with a thickness of not more than 1 cm. Pour spinach stuffing on top, spread evenly and curl roll. Put finished roll in pan with sunflower oil and a little water. Bake at 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
