Ingredients
          1 (1 kg) chicken
          2 heads (100 g) onion
          5-6 mushrooms
          3 eggs
          pepper
          salt
          parsley
          breadcrumbs
          6-8 (400 g ) potatoes
          vegetable oil for frying meatballs
              Method
              Chicken is boiled in salted water. Separated white meat and minced meat finely. Separately cook the mushrooms and finely minced meat. Mix the meat, mushrooms, parsley, two eggs and pepper. The mixture add salt to taste and kneaded. It made meatballs, which are dipped in beaten egg-white, then in bread crumbs and fry in preheated oil. Serve hot with fried potatoes.
