Meatballs on onion

Ingredients
1 kg onion
sunflower oil
1/2 cup Rice
2-3 tomatoes
# For the meatballs:
700 g minced meat (beef and pork mixture 1: 1)
1 egg
1 onion
1 tbsp flour and breadcrumbs
salt
Method
Onions cut into crescents and fry until golden rice with 3 tbsp sunflower oil. Minced meat is kneaded with egg and onion, previously fried in 1 tbsp sunflower oil (separately from the other). Meatballs are rolled in flour and breadcrumbs. The mixture of fried onions and rice is poured in an earthen vessel. Top lining meatballs and each put tomato ring. Sprinkles with sunflower oil and salt and 500 ml water. Bake 1 hour in a moderate oven.
