Ingredients
6 potatoes
3 cups Rice
2 eggs
3 tbsp feta cheese
salt, pepper
flour for rolling
parsley
Method
Cook potatoes and blend. Rice also is boiled, drain and add to mashed potatoes. Add beaten eggs, crumbled feta cheese and spices. The mixture is stirred, to make meatballs, rolled in flour and fry in sunflower oil. Garnish to meat dishes or served with a suitable sauce as an appetizer.
