Ingredients
250 g prepared filo pastry sheets
150 g butter
300 g sugar
1 liter milk
7 eggs
vanilla 2
powdered sugar

Method
Melts the butter. In a greased rectangular tray rank sheet, each smear with butter (most comfortable with brush). Cut into long strips, wide around two centimeters. Bake on medium heat for 25-30 minutes, until golden. Then, the fired tape is displaced so as to obtain a distance between them. In a large mixing bowl with mixer stir eggs with sugar and then adding milk and vanilla. The resulting mixture is poured over the baked pastry. After maturing for at least 1 hour, re-baked for 15-20 minutes at medium heat. Banitsa finished sprinkle with powdered sugar and garnish of your choice.
