Moussaka with chicken and roasted peppers

1 kg chicken
500 g mushrooms mushrooms
500 g roasted red peppers
2 onions
7-8 boiled potatoes
1 tsp red pepper and coriander
1/2 tsp turmeric, salt, pepper
300 g cheese

Chicken fillet cut into cubes, onions and mushrooms into slices and fry for 10-15 minutes. Add roasted peppers, chopped and fry for another 10-15 minutes. Boiled potatoes smash of larger pieces. Fried fillet, mushrooms, onions and peppers mixed with mash the potatoes and add all spices. Grate the cheese and to bake in the oven at 200C until golden.

Very good! Shortly occupation separately boiled potatoes, baked peppers, frying and baking in the oven, but the result is definitely the best that I received. Instead squish them cooked potatoes cut into small cubes just as for moussaka. All zaparzhih in butter / including potatoes last minute two / directly in the baking pan, and finally just threw it in the oven until the cheese is browned. Big thank you! :)
