Moussaka Chicken with olives

Ingredients
1 chicken
1/2 cup rice
3 eggs
2 onions
1/2 head garlic
15-20 olives
100 g cheese
sunflower oil
pepper
salt

Method
Boil chicken boned and cut into small pieces. Chop finely ground and stew in sunflower oil. Add rice. Pozaparzhva for 5-6 seconds. Pour a meat and chopped garlic. Finally add the boned and cut into julienne olives. Pour the mixture into pan. Seasoned with salt and pepper. Pour 1 1/2 cups chicken broth and beaten yolks. Bake in a moderate oven. Finally moussaka is covered with a uniform layer of froth egg whites and grated cheese. Bake 10 minutes.

Maggie try it last night. Was very nice, just made a mistake that oil came to me a little bit because I could not decide in the pan .. And I just believe that rice is less. I put 1 cup yesterday and again seemed a little, you love him :)
