Mushroom fantasy

Ingredients
150 g chopped fresh or canned mushrooms
2 zucchini
1 skinless sausage
5 cloves garlic
7-8 sprigs of dill
250 g sour cream
salt samardala, pepper
1.5 - 2 liters of water
2 tbsp flour to thicken

Method
Courgettes cut into strips, skinless sausage into small pieces. If the mushrooms are fresh stew in water and salt and then add the courgettes, pressed garlic, dill and finally sausage and spices. Boil until ready. Sour cream mixed with flour. To cream and flour gradually add the broth of vegetables until a creamy mixture. This mixture was added gradually to the dish and under constant stirring to yield a slurry. If necessary, compressed with more flour porridge. The dish can be served as warm and cold. * The number of products is indicative.
