Eggs are cooked and peeled . Ham cut into small pieces and mixed with powdered eggs, grated cheese, crushed garlic and mayonnaise. The mixture is stirred well and it form small balls. Washed and dried cucumber cut into circles. Put them on cheese balls and covered with mushroom caps. The serving dish is covered with a layer of chopped herbs and cover with Mushroom Men.
