Mushrooms with sauce in the oven

Ingredients
1 kg mushrooms mushrooms
70 g butter
50 ml sunflower oil
100 g grated cheese
3 tbsp flour
2 and 1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
2 onion
2 tomatoes
2 tbsp parsley
1 tsp salt

Method
Onions and mushrooms finely and sauté them with the salt in the oil. Add chopped tomatoes and parsley. Pour into the baking dish. Reference is rare beshamelov sauce, which is cooked in the butter fry flour when it becomes golden stirring continuously, add the milk and stir until thickened and finally bind with eggs. Pour mushroom sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in preheated oven at 200 ° C until golden.
