Nests of sausage with eggs

Ingredients
6 large pieces of salami
6 eggs
300 g feta cheese
2 potatoes
paprika, salt
Method
From the thickest sausage is cut into thin slices, taking care not to tearing the wrapper, and fried on one side only. Thus, the skin shrinks, sausage swell to give shaped slot. The potatoes are grated and fried. Thus obtained nests filled with crumbled feta cheese and fried potatoes on top is placed in a veiled egg (Panagurski). Pour hot sunflower oil, fried with paprika. Serve warm.

Salama can put in the pan in the oven. Roasting of salami folded (as well), put it cheese clicks the egg carefully and leave off the oven to set.
