Ingredients
1 kg octopus
500 g short pasta
2 onions
4 tomatoes
200 g margarine
parsley
pepper
salt
Method
Wash well the octopus and cut it into small pieces. Fried with margarine chopped onion to redness, add pieces of octopus, grated tomatoes, water, pepper and salt, mix well and cook. Once the octopus is tender, add the pasta and cook another 20 minutes. Serve octopus with chopped parsley.
