Olives with rice and onions in the oven

Ingredients
1 cup Rice
100 g olives
1 onion
1 stalk leek
4 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp tomato paste
pepper
parsley
salt

Method
Finely chopped onion stew in the oil. Add rice and fry until translucent. Leeks, chopped, add salt and mixed with cleaned by stoning olives. In an oiled baking dish spread an even layer of rice half. To be put on the mixture of leeks and olives and cover with remaining rice. Pour over the 3 cups salted hot water in which fuzzy tomato paste, sprinkle with pepper and bake in a moderate oven 25-30 minutes. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.

Easy and delicious! Rapt in the new *modern* dishes, forget about ordinary, healthy and traditional dishes!

Very tasty and a favorite! Great offer for Christmas Eve, and for fast (for those who fast). Do it in a similar way, but do not put tomato paste (replace it with paprika) and also scramble rice with olives and so bake it. Sometimes it brew in the pot, gets juicy. For all other variations of this simple dish one can enjoy it!

Wonderful recipe. I did your recovery information today and I loved it. I made it with some green olives that were salad with slightly spicy but was very salty and I decided to add them to the dish and wrong BR slightly spicy and very fragrant. Blagadarya recipe.
