Omelet with leeks and milk

Ingredients
150 g leek
2 eggs
50 ml milk
15 ml sunflower oil
25 g feta cheese
parsley
salt
Method
Cleaned and chopped leek stew of slow fire with the oil until soft. Add salt, add the beaten eggs and milk. Pour into greased pan thoroughly and bake in a water bath or in a preheated oven. Serve warm, cut into pieces, sprinkled with grated feta cheese, blended with finely chopped parsley. From the products obtained one portion.
